How should products be stored?
Current lyophilized vial labels state 2–8°C and protected from light. Bacteriostatic Water labels state 2–8°C, do not freeze, and protect from light. Keep each item sealed and follow any lot-specific statement on its label or COA.
Do you provide COAs?
Yes. Products are manufactured and tested in the USA, and COAs may include purity, identity, endotoxin, quantity, and other lot-specific results. They do not make a product suitable for human or animal use.
What if my order is damaged, missing items, or incorrect?
If your product arrives damaged, has missing items, or contains the wrong products, contact us via the contact form or email with your order number and an explanation. Our team will respond promptly to resolve all issues.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the sensitive nature of our research-grade materials, we cannot accept returns. However, if there are issues with your order, you can contact our team and we will work toward an amicable solution.
