Order information
Order data may include name, billing and shipping details, contact information, payment status, order history, IP address, and research-use certifications submitted at checkout.
Use of information
Information is used for order fulfillment, customer support, fraud prevention, legal compliance, site security, and business operations. BioPep USA does not sell customer data.
Service providers
Information may be shared with payment processors, shipping carriers, website hosting providers, email systems, and other service providers as needed to operate the business.

Website analytics
BioPep USA uses first-party analytics and limited session replay on public storefront pages to understand site performance and improve the shopping experience. Replay excludes checkout, account, order-confirmation, administrative, logged-in, and automated sessions. Forms, typed values, payment details, contact details, messages, and browser storage are not recorded. Browser privacy signals are honored. Recordings are encrypted, retained for up to seven days, and available only to authorized BioPep administrators.
First-party visitor recognition
BioPep uses signed first-party identifiers to connect visits, traffic sources, and completed WooCommerce orders. We retain coarse browser and device categories and one-way keyed comparison tokens, not raw IP addresses, full browser identifiers, click IDs, query strings, or billing emails. Probabilistic comparisons remain separate from verified visitor and order attribution.
AI product assistant
When you use the BioPep AI Product Assistant, your question is processed to provide an informational response. The assistant is designed to redact likely personal, health, contact, address, account, and payment details before provider processing and storage. Do not submit this information in chat.
Redacted conversations may be reviewed by authorized BioPep staff to improve answer quality and safety. Encrypted redacted transcripts and conversation-level metadata are retained for 90 days. Anonymous aggregate usage statistics may be retained for up to 24 months. OpenAI processes redacted prompts and context to generate responses; requests are sent with provider storage disabled.
