Where do you ship and what does it cost?
BioPep USA currently ships within the United States. Standard U.S. shipping is free.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2 PM ET ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on carrier holidays ship the next business day.
How long does delivery take?
Typical delivery is 2–4 business days after shipment. If an expedited option is available for the order, it appears at checkout.
How do I track the shipment?
The shipping email identifies the carrier and includes the direct tracking link. Tracking can take several hours to show its first scan.
How is the order packed?
Orders use plain outer packaging. Product containers remain labeled. Cold-pack handling is item-specific and is not included with every order; contact support before ordering if you need confirmation.
Changes, problems & refunds
Can I change the address or cancel?
Call or SMS (407) 443-8665 immediately. An address change or cancellation is possible only before the order ships.
What if an order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect?
Contact support with the order number and photos of the package, label, and affected item when applicable. We will review the record and arrange the appropriate replacement or refund.
What if tracking is stalled or says delivered?
Contact support with the order number and tracking number. We will review the carrier record and help with the next step.
Do you accept returns?
Returns are not accepted after shipment because product handling cannot be verified. This does not limit support for an item that arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect.
How long does a refund take?
Once a refund is approved, BioPep USA initiates it promptly. The time for the credit to appear depends on the bank or payment method.
Storage after delivery
What should I do when the package arrives?
Check the product label immediately. Current lyophilized vial labels state 2–8°C and protected from light. Reconstitution Solution labels state 2–8°C, do not freeze, and protect from light. Follow any lot-specific statement on the label or COA.
