Research-use only

All products sold by BioPep USA are supplied strictly for laboratory research use only by qualified research professionals or institutions. Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, injection, medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, or in-vivo use.

Purchaser certification

By placing an order, the purchaser certifies that they are at least 21 years old, are a qualified research professional or authorized institutional purchaser, and will use the materials only for lawful laboratory research purposes.

BioPep USA does not provide dosing, administration, reconstitution, clinical-use, therapeutic-use, diagnostic-use, cosmetic-use, human-use, or veterinary-use guidance. Product descriptions and Certificates of Analysis are analytical documentation only and are not medical claims.

Compliance responsibility

The purchaser is solely responsible for determining whether purchase, possession, storage, handling, transport, and use comply with applicable federal, state, local, and institutional requirements.

Orders and returns

Due to the nature of research-use materials, returns are not accepted after shipment. If an order arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect, contact BioPep USA promptly with the order number and supporting details.
